FAQs
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. Breathwork is for everyone, whether you’re completely new or have tried it before. I guide you gently through the process and create a safe, supportive space for your session..
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones, and you can join from the comfort of your own home.
What should I bring to a session?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. For in-person sessions, you may also want a blanket or eye mask. For online sessions, create a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.
What can I expect in a session?
Every session is different, but you may experience physical sensations, emotional release, deep relaxation, or moments of clarity. At the end, most people feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Concious Connected Breathwork is a guided practice that uses a specific breathing technique to help release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Is Conscious Connected Breathwork safe?
Yes, breathwork is generally safe for most people. I’ll guide you through everything step by step. If you have any medical conditions (such as respiratory, cardiovascular, or severe mental health concerns), please contact me prior to booking in for the session and it may be that you need to check with your doctor first.
