Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the Home With Nicola website and anything you book or buy from me, including breathwork sessions, workshops, events, recordings and digital products.
 

1. Who I am

Home With Nicola is run by Nicola as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. The website is homewithnicola.com. For any question about these terms, email nicola@homewithnicola.com.
 

2. These terms

By using the website, booking a session, or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not book or buy. I may update them from time to time, and the date above will change when I do. Continued use or booking after an update means the revised terms apply to what you book next.
 

3. What I offer

I offer breathwork facilitation and nervous system education: group sessions online, in-person events and workshops, one to one work, free recordings, and paid audio journeys and digital products. In time I may also run a community and courses on a separate platform (see section 8).

These services are self-care and educational. They are not medical, clinical or psychotherapeutic care, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Please read my Health Disclaimer before taking part in anything, and complete the health screening when asked.
 

4. Using the website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, to learn about and book my services. Please do not misuse it, disrupt it, copy its content at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
 

5. Bookings and payments

Sessions, events and workshops are booked through my website using Wix Bookings, and payment is taken at the time of booking through Stripe. Prices are as shown on the relevant page and at checkout, in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

A place is confirmed only when your payment has succeeded and you have received confirmation. Starting or completing a booking form does not hold a place until payment clears. Group sessions and events have a limited number of spaces, and booking closes automatically once they are full.
 

6. Cancellations, reschedules and refunds

For one to one sessions, please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With at least 48 hours' notice I will offer you a reschedule or a refund. Inside 48 hours, the fee is normally non-refundable, though I will always try to move you to another time where my diary allows.

For group events and workshops, tickets are transferable to a future date or to another person where the event page allows, but are otherwise non-refundable, because places are limited and holding a spot means turning others away. If you cannot attend, contact me with your booking confirmation as early as you can and I will help where I reasonably can.

If I have to cancel a session or event, you will be offered a full refund or a place on a future date, whichever you prefer. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
 

7. Recordings and digital products

Paid audio journeys, downloads and other digital products are for your own personal use. You may not share, copy, resell or publicly play them without my written permission.

Because digital content is available to you immediately, when you buy it you agree that access begins straight away and you acknowledge that your usual 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase ends once access has begun. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

8. Community and courses

Any community or courses I run on a separate platform, such as Skool, are hosted and delivered on that platform and are also subject to that platform's own terms. What you pay to join, and how that renews or cancels, will be set out at the point you sign up. My content within that space remains mine.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is right for you, for giving accurate and complete information on your health screening, and for following reasonable guidance during a session. If you are unsure about your fitness to take part, please consult a qualified healthcare professional first.

10. Intellectual property

Everything on this website and in my sessions and products (including recordings, written material, imagery and branding) belongs to Home With Nicola unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, record, redistribute or use it commercially without my written permission. Please do not record live sessions.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or your participation, and my total liability for any claim arising from a booking or purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Privacy

How I handle your personal information, including the health information you give on your screening, is set out in my Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
